BASIC RESIDENTIAL REAL-ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
$150 for 15 interior HDR images, $5 for each additional image
$175 for a simple 90 second aerial video minimal titles
Bundle Basic Photos and 90 second video $300 (Includes drone aerials, exterior, interiors & editing)
COMMERCIAL REAL-ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY
$325 for up to 25 HDR interiors and exterior images
$475 for up to 25 Flash interior and exterior images
$125 to Add aerials for a simple 90 second aerial video minimal titles for commercial work
Pre/During/Post New Construction
$300 retainer fee
$150 weekly for duration of construction (minimum of 7 stills and 10 second video of that weeks progress)
